Chapter 1 - Recognizing oneself as a heroine - Ordinary World
You have an advantage over the protagonist of a novel. They don’t know they are the main character of a story. You do. You are the Heroine. We will dig into your “character,” the lies you believe, the roles you’ve been playing, and map out what an adventure might look like for you.
We will use the authorly techniques of investigating a character’s “ordinary world” and apply them to your life so you can develop a “base measurement” for your Heroine’s Map. From this “base measurement, " you will uncover the journeys you need to take to reach your extraordinary life.
Chapter 2 - Encountering a pivotal shift(s) - Call to Adventure
You’ve definitely heard the call before. During this session, we will dig deep into what the call looks like, where you might look for opportunities to shine, and how to become a Choice Agent: a major skill you’ll need to answer the call.
Chapter 3 - Embarking on a Quest - Your Ultimate Why/Themes
Before you can start living your adventures you need to understand what story you want to live in. Have you been living your true self, or are you only a supporting character in someone else’s story? Let’s discover your Ultimate Whys. The themes that will guide your life.
Chapter 4 - Gaining allies
Who are the cast of characters in your adventures, and what function do they serve? Who will you reach out to when you need support, who is guarding your thresholds, and who are the enemies you need to be wary of?
Chapter 5 - Facing Challenges
We will learn how challenges are a necessary and welcome part of your journey. We commit to the journey and learn how to identify, track, and use the resources available for your adventure. We will establish your Treasure Bag that will always be with you. We get into the nuts and bolts of building your Heroine’s Map.
Chapter 6 - Undergoing a personal transformation
What happens when you start living your adventures? How will you use your Heroine’s Map? How will you deal with setbacks, manage and track your progress, and document and learn from your many journeys?
Chapter 7 - A legacy that benefits the community
What will you do with your rewards/elixirs/wisdom? How will you celebrate your success? How will you ensure that your kingdom is brighter?
AbOut the FOunder Of the HeroIne’s Adventure
Hiya! I’m Lisa-Marie Cabrelli and I’m living my Extraordinary Life. I love to travel and explore, but I hate packing. Seriously, don’t open your mouth in my packing presence, or I might throw a rolled-up t-shirt at you. I also love to write, primarily novels, my journal, newsletters, articles, and sales copy; basically, everything except About pages. I live with my table-dancing best friend and husband, who (although older) keeps me young and adventurous. I keep him out of jail. We move between our homes in Scotland (tiny garden cottage), Italy (great-grandfather’s hillside stone house), The Bahamas (ocean-front villa), and South Carolina (my parent’s lake house). We follow the weather because I hate to be cold, and also, you only get four hours of daylight during a Scotland winter, and I am not a vampire. We have this courageous, creative daughter who owns a virtual assistant company.
You may have been burned in the past by courses or “gurus” who’ve promised you results they have never achieved themselves. I’m so far from a guru—just an ordinary person who wants extraordinary experiences. I felt just like you when trying to find a coach in my entrepreneurial days. I found that if you asked them to show proof that their methods worked, they would do a lot of humming and haaing (not a word, but you get the drift) but couldn’t deliver the goods.
